Assignment description

DevCom is looking for experienced, dynamic, innovative and high caliber individuals to fill the position of a Sales Agent in the following countries: Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Germany.

• Independent agent status – 10% commission – no salary. Commission payment is tied to sales revenue on a specific project. The Commission is payable upon the receipt of payment by the finance department;
• Unlimited earning potential – no investment required;
• Be your own boss – choose your own hours.

Key Objectives:
• Close new business for DevCom software and services;
• Identify and develop new clients. Heavy cold calling and appointment setting to meet with clients through internet meetings to explain the product value proposition;
• High intensity territory coverage, aggressive follow-up on leads and account penetration, executive networking;
• Build and maintain an accurate forecast and pipeline of quality business opportunities.

Profile requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years sales experience in a business to business outside sales role;
• Proven experience in selling departmental and/or enterprise software, hardware, services or
solutions. Document management software sales experience is a plus;
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales quota as an individual contributor or within a
team selling environment;
• Track record of closing business deals ranging from $10,000 to $50,000+;
• Ability to make cold calls and identify relevant contacts and decision makers within an organization;
• Presence to connect with high-level managers and executives at prospect companies;
• Ability to listen, document customer requirements, and write sales proposals.
