If you are a self-motivated entrepreneurial person or an office and you want to sell FF GROUP’s 4 brands exclusively or at the same time with other non-competitive or supplementary brands, then, you are the right person.
Based on your experience and your existing clientele the market segment of the distribution channel assigned to you will be discussed, which may include wholesalers, DIY big or local chains or independent hardware stores. The geographic area will be also determined based on candidate’s profile.
FF GROUP’s administrative office will assist you in all of your efforts offering back office assistance, market penetration planning, campaigns, marketing material, so that to aim and focus all efforts in generating new business opportunities and an increasing revenues stream.
At least 8 years work experience in a sales environment preferably in the hand tools or building materials industry
Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics or in relevant area (Master degree, is considered as an asset)
Expert knowledge on the steps of the sales process
Results-oriented & Self-disciplined
Bulgaria & English fluent written & spoken (Proficiency)
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize work and manage deadlines
Strong communication skills
Willingness and ability to travel regularly by air and/or car around Italy, with overnight stays, as business dictates
Computer skills and skype meeting are required
Ability to travel to FF GROUP’s headquarters and also to visit customers along with our area manager
